After working with Frank in the lottery sector as Director at IWT since 2003, Daniel co-founded Hui10 in 2014 with Frank. He is based in Beijing working alongside Frank and also continues to be responsible for fund-raising activities for Hui10 Inc working with IIG plc, together with the resulting on-going investor relations.

In 2023 Daniel identified, negotiated and delivered the completion of the all-share investment deal with IIG plc, valuing Hui10 Inc at US$365m representing 96% of the enlarged share capital of IIG, resulting in the effective listing of Hui10 Inc on the main board of the London Stock Exchange.

First entering China in 1991, living and working in China, Daniel has been involved with projects both in the state and private sectors and has therefore developed a profound insight and understanding of China and its people.
